Penalize Exxon for air violations

ExxonMobil broke clean air laws at its Baytown oil refinery and chemical plant more than 4,000 times over five years—compounding Texas’ pollution problems and endangering the health of nearby residents.

Now they've done it again, releasing more than 297,000 pounds of health damaging pollution on Nov. 11 - 13, 2016. Ask the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to investigate and make sure Exxon is held accountable for violating the law.
