Tell Allen city council: repeal the street-facing solar restriction

The City of Allen restricts street-facing rooftop solar panels. This means about half the homes in Allen cannot install rooftop solar -- but many people want to, to save on electricity costs, to help combat climate change, and to keep their air clean. We need city council to roll back this rule to expand solar access to all!
