University of Texas: End routine flaring of methane gas on your lands

We need to reign in unchecked pollution from oil and gas on Texas' University Lands and dramatically decrease our methane and carbon emissions by putting an end to routine flaring and venting. HB 1521 (Hinojosa) and SB 288 (Eckhardt) would direct UT to end routine flaring by 2025.
