Solar Energy Adventure at Austin High

Join our solar energy adventure at Austin High on December 15th at 11am for some family fun!

Bring the kiddos by our solar oven station from 11-11:45, where we'll have a hands-on activity where kids use common reusable items to create cardboard and foil heating devices (cookies included!).

At 12, we'll get up on the roof to learn about the power of rooftop solar, and then embark on an exclusive tour of Austin High's rooftop solar facilities.

Hear from students, staff, and solar specialists on the benefits of solar energy and its role in building a brighter future for us all. We're looking forward to seeing you there!

Environment Texas is the sole sponsor of this event. The event is in no way sponsored or supported by either AISD or Austin High.
